Town slip up in their push for the title after a disappointing performance all round leaves the lads suffering just their 3rd defeat of the season.
LIV Supplies were impressive but Hornsea’s lacklustre performance no doubt helped them along the way. Town, however, did have the best chances of the game but failed to capitalise on these. One upside to the day came from second placed Walkington also dropping points in a 2-1 defeat, meaning it’s as you where in the title race.

Reserves review:
The reserves come away victorious today in an important, battling victory against Hedon Rangers Reserves. Trevor Brooks once again led from the front and continued his rich vain of form, scoring all 4 goals in an impressive win. A great battling midfield display today from the likes of Anthony Taylor and Sam Baldwin went a long way to securing the narrow 4-3 win.
